From vanity to Christ

Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity. Ecclesiastes 1:2

From vanity to Christ

This long or short grotesque shadowy path, this dreadful sorrowing sojourn through the vale, this burden of ceaseless hope banished at the instance This thing we called Life, puny bay leaf of time. marooned by rigours from birth, sentences of windy chase, asperity and exertion as attendances. the quest for known yet unknown. the rat-race for passing filth,
where dirt conquers dirt for dominance Pride garbed in many forms Multitudes Journeying on paths of obscurity Even Solomon searched in vain, so did i till i reach the precipice. When in troubadour i transverse through the dreary path, I heard of King Jesus. I looked up the hill Calvary, the fountain from the Pierced side flowing free, He bade my anxious soul to His rest. I fled, still fleeing from aimless and empty toils to Christ the King of mercy. with eye set on His Light he leads through Jordan vale, The Risen king gives me hope. And this for me is more than gold

Into your arms Jesus let me fall

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Isaiah 55:1

I have strayed into dark lonely nights,

Far from my loving Lord and God. Your mercy oh Lord now i plead A prodigal child seeking mercy Oh father, into your arms Jesus let me fall. As a lost sheep, in countless time spent in sin i found nothing in the world but pain Your mercy oh lord now i plead in weariness my Lord seeking mercy oh father, into your arms Jesus let me fall. in shame i roam on lonely path all the hope i sought was but a dross what more can this world give so precious?

Hear my Plea, A lost child seeking mercy Oh father, into your arms Jesus let me fall. The paths of sinner is hard oh Lord all the gains are too soon gone, what more can this world take from me? At thy feet , i return seeking mercy. Oh father into your arms Jesus let me fall. Before i cross this vale of Jordan not the tears, no works oh Lord, not my prayers But thy precious Blood my only hope , Cleanse thou me, thy mercy i now receive oh father in your arms Jesus i have hope.

BY Him (Jesus) all things Consist

And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Colossians  1;17

Sink Your ship

1 “whom he hath appointed heir of all things”, 2 “by whom also he made the worlds“, 3 ”Who being the brightness of his glory”, 4 “and the express image of his person”, 5 ”upholding all things by the word of his power”, 6 ”by himself purged our sins”, 7 ”sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high“, Hebrew 1;2-3 When you come to the inference by time, where innocence marks its own maturity, as questions seeks for answers, when curiosity tantalizes obscurity, with chronicles of gone bye years, when reflections sends the beams to the mind, and sparks congregates as reasons, when conjectures forms a void within, As you drift to that realm of confusion,
When the mind cannot withstand the torrents of thoughts, When the world cannot find the compass of your being, and to all you are dispirited in the ocean of life, when petulant mutates to unseen rebellion, when ominous canker and contortion hatched on vision when you demystify evolution by superior argument, and find the flaws of imposed science, When you reach the borders of earth's vain. Where mortality mocks your toils. Sink your ship at His Cross,

Jesus will save you.

And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee. Mark 10;49

The Blind Man cried calling on the Lord Jesus.

The King of Mercy

Ten Lepers sought the Lord carrying their badges with a Plea unclean unclean was the cry Mercy alone was their Plea The King of mercy heard their cries by his word He healed them all One amazed returned with praise A new disciple of grace Four Lepers at the Syrian gate though hungry yet harmless The King of mercy prepared a table, Bade them eat from the banquet divine Providence had them in mind Though the host of Syrian heard the noise of Chariot Paving way for more Lepers Zacchaeus fashioned by nature saw a crowd He was the chief among publican On that day, the master was passing bye, His vantage view was a sycomore tree He wanted to be loved though a sinner, Hasten and come down Say the Mercy King I must abide in thine House He found grace on that day And He must need go through Samaria,

A prostitute came to the well abandoned and used by five men, The Jews had no dealing with the Samaritan was her only theology, Mercy King had the better gift, suspend even His meal to save a soul when her case came to light, she became an evangelist. Come see a man who told me all that i ever did The city saw the King He was Born blind, never once did he see the Light Families afraid to own him as beggarly he sought for ease, Even the Priest love to see him so But the King of mercy spotted him from Heaven He was marked for appointment And when his case was called One thing I know He said, “Once I was blind but now i see” Thirty eight Years, he was bedridden in competition with diseased folks like himself, waiting for certain season in vain, Angels could not give a helping hand, the fastest feet must take their portion at the pool The King of mercy came for him This time the pool was no longer needed A faith ascent took him home At the gate they called beautiful, No one hoped to meet a lame beggar there, But Life happens to us all, as for him this case was bad for forty years he roamed in obscure darkness The helpers with feets feeds from him, they lend him legs to seat and beg with his state they have a trade But the King of mercy on way to the Temple and would not leave him without help Rising up in His name, he went with those who had feet He too was a Commander, but a son's sickness exposed his weakness A father's love compelled him to this Journey from capernaum to Galilee several distance with faith The King of Mercy saw his son and saw him coming too Just a word of Authority from the Master, he know about Power. “Go thy son liveth” He needs not another “He sent his word and He healed them and delivered them from their destruction”
